My latest photography crush is self-taught Finnish photographer Tiina Törmänen. Nature and the beauty of life itself has been her primary inspiration since 2010 when she went off to work at a ski resort in Lapland for the winter season. I love her work so much that, if I could, I would put every single one of her shots into this post.
Today’s focus though (I am envisaging posting a LOT more of her work) is on her series Wanderer, which features stunning self-portrait shots taken against backdrops of stars and northern lights. The isolated areas where she shot her work are in the Arctic Lapland wilderness of Northern Finland.
